How is this different from the Solo plan?

The Solo plan is for individual hiring managers who just need AI analysis on resumes. The Team plan is a full ATS — shared pipelines, scorecards, team roles, email automation, and a branded careers page for inbound applications. If you're hiring as a team, you want Team.

Can I customize the pipeline stages?

Yes. You define the stages for each job — phone screen, technical round, take-home, final, offer — whatever your process looks like. You can save pipeline templates and reuse them across roles.

Is there a limit on prep kits?

Starter allows 2 prep kits per interview, Pro allows 5, Scale is unlimited. A prep kit is a tailored AI briefing for one interview round — you might generate one for the recruiter screen and a different one for the technical round.

Do you integrate with job boards like LinkedIn or Indeed?

Not yet. Candidates apply through your branded Vantage careers page. Job board distribution (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is on the roadmap. You can still share your job link directly on those platforms.

What happens to candidate data when we cancel?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export candidate data during that window. After 30 days, all data is deleted from our systems.
